We began in 2015 building ticketing for the Halloween and haunted attraction industry in the United States, under the name FEARTICKET. That is a demanding place to learn: a six-week season, sold-out Saturdays, queues in the dark, and no opportunity to fix anything next week.
Organizers in other industries kept asking whether the same system would work for a light trail, a rink, an escape room, a farm event. It did. In 2023 we launched Hytix for everything outside the Halloween industry, on the same platform and the same team.
FEARTICKET still runs, still serves the haunted attraction industry, and is still where a lot of what you see here was proven first.

Pricing should be one number
A flat fee, published, the same for everybody. No tiers to negotiate, no volume deal for whoever asks hardest, and no second page of charges.
Nothing should be held back
There is one plan and every feature is in it. We do not put a capability behind an enterprise tier and wait for you to ask.
A contract is a tell
If we need to lock you in for a year, we have stopped earning the business. There is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel.
