These Terms &amp; Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the Hytix website, mobile site, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the \u201cPlatform\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>By accessing, browsing, or using Hytix, you (\u201cUser\u201d, \u201cCustomer\u201d, \u201cYou\u201d) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion title_tag=&#8221;h3&#8243; section_title_tag=&#8221;h5&#8243; style=&#8221;flat&#8221; shape=&#8221;square&#8221; gap=&#8221;15&#8243; c_icon=&#8221;chevron&#8221; c_position=&#8221;right&#8221; active_section=&#8221;0&#8243; collapsible_all=&#8221;true&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1764049162098{margin-top: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Definitions&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764046576952-1e758c9f-485c&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"row pb-4\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 col-sm-12 col-xs-12 \">\n<h5>For clarity:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cEvent\u201d<\/strong> includes shows, activities, attractions, experiences, classes, workshops, tours, and any service listed on Hytix.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cOrganizer\u201d \/ \u201cService Provider\u201d<\/strong> refers to the independent third party that operates, manages, or delivers the Event.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cTicket\u201d<\/strong> refers to a booking confirmation, QR code, pass, or digital\/physical entitlement issued through Hytix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Role of Hytix&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764046576962-2aa38791-f56e&#8221;][vc_column_text]Hytix is <strong>only a ticketing, booking, and payment facilitation platform<\/strong>.<br \/>\nWe <strong>do not<\/strong> own, operate, manage, host, or control any Event listed on the Platform.<\/p>\n<p>All Events, experiences, services, schedules, pricing, operations, and quality of service are solely managed by the respective Organizer. Hytix\u2019s responsibility is limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Displaying Event information as provided by the Organizer<\/li>\n<li>Processing bookings and payments on their behalf<\/li>\n<li>Issuing tickets after payment is confirmed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hytix is <strong>not<\/strong> responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The execution, quality, safety, suitability, or availability of any Event<\/li>\n<li>Event content, delays, rescheduling, or cancellations<\/li>\n<li>Entry denial, seating arrangements, or customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Injury, loss, damage, dissatisfaction, or grievances arising from the Event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By making a booking, you acknowledge that <strong>your contract for the Event is directly with the Organizer<\/strong>, and Hytix is not a party to that contract.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;User Responsibilities&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764046822347-5e099c93-e2ac&#8221;][vc_column_text]Before booking, you must ensure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All information shared during purchase (email, phone, attendee names, etc.) is accurate<\/li>\n<li>You review the Event details, terms, age restrictions, health &amp; safety requirements, and venue rules<\/li>\n<li>You arrive on time and follow Organizer\/venue guidelines<\/li>\n<li>You comply with local laws and instructions given by Event staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hytix is not liable for any issue caused due to incorrect information provided by the User.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Ticket Purchase &amp; Confirmation&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764047088624-0a3e117a-7636&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A ticket is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.<\/li>\n<li>You may receive the ticket via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your Hytix account.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for ensuring that you receive and retain the ticket safely.<\/li>\n<li>Hytix is not responsible for tickets lost due to spam filters, incorrect numbers\/emails, or network issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Pricing, Fees &amp; Taxes&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764047119620-d7cc5f45-034a&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ticket prices, availability, seating categories, discounts, and rules are set entirely by the Organizer.<\/li>\n<li>Hytix may charge a <strong>platform service fee<\/strong>, payment processing fees, or convenience fees.<\/li>\n<li>Prices may include or exclude taxes as applicable under Indian law.<\/li>\n<li>Hytix reserves the right to revise fees, but Users will see the final amount before payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Refunds, Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764047148083-edf5b6dd-44e8&#8243;][vc_column_text]Refund and cancellation terms are governed primarily by the <strong>Organizer\u2019s policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>a. Cancellations by Organizer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If an Event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hytix will only notify Users using the contact details provided if the Organizer initiate the conversation.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds or alternate dates will be handled <strong>as per the Organizer\u2019s instructions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hytix\u2019s role is limited to facilitating the refund once authorized by the Organizer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>b. Cancellations by User<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless explicitly stated by the Organizer, <strong>most bookings are non-refundable<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHytix cannot override an Organizer\u2019s cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c.Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delays or cancellations due to weather, political situations, technical issues, or government restrictions are at the discretion of the Organizer.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Event Changes &amp; Entry Conditions&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048454772-6a0fe13f-77e3&#8243;][vc_column_text]Organizers may modify Event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date &amp; Time<\/li>\n<li>Venue<\/li>\n<li>Lineup \/ performers<\/li>\n<li>Capacity<\/li>\n<li>Seating<\/li>\n<li>Activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entry may be refused if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are late<\/li>\n<li>Your ticket is duplicated, invalid, or tampered<\/li>\n<li>You violate venue rules, dress codes, age limits, or safety guidelines<\/li>\n<li>You fail to present required ID (for events that mandate it)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hytix is not liable for such denial of entry.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Payment Terms &amp; Fraud Prevention&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048495122-b447ab3a-f613&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.<\/li>\n<li>Hytix is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by banks or gateways.<\/li>\n<li>If fraudulent transactions or chargebacks are detected, Hytix may cancel the booking and block the User.<\/li>\n<li>Users agree not to use stolen or unauthorized payment cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Limitation of Liability&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048513096-a8c2ddce-3e51&#8243;][vc_column_text]To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hytix\u2019s liability is limited only to the <strong>amount paid for a ticket<\/strong>, and only if the issue is directly attributable to Hytix systems.<\/li>\n<li>Hytix is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for any:\n<ul>\n<li>Personal injury, theft, or property loss at the venue<\/li>\n<li>Event disputes, dissatisfaction, or service issues<\/li>\n<li>Technical errors caused by internet\/telecom\/network failures<\/li>\n<li>Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You agree that your participation in any Event is at your own risk.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Intellectual Property&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048536028-7cb7a041-48ea&#8221;][vc_column_text]All content on Hytix \u2014 including text, design, software, trademarks, graphics, and logos \u2014 belongs to Hytix.<br \/>\nUsers may not copy, distribute, reuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Privacy &amp; Data Protection&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048560672-19bb7814-c410&#8243;][vc_column_text]Your personal information is handled in accordance with the <strong>Hytix Privacy Policy<\/strong>, available on the Platform.<\/p>\n<p>Hytix may share necessary customer details with the Organizer to fulfill your booking.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Prohibited Activities&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048584043-a6984e32-8c55&#8243;][vc_column_text]Users agree not to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resell or counterfeit tickets<\/li>\n<li>Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform<\/li>\n<li>Post defamatory or misleading information<\/li>\n<li>Misuse discounts or promo codes<\/li>\n<li>Conduct fraudulent chargebacks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hytix may suspend accounts violating these terms.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Third-Party Integrations&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048609683-320fd5d8-5965&#8243;][vc_column_text]The Platform may link to third-party websites, payment gateways, or digital tools.<br \/>\nHytix is not responsible for the availability or content of those external services.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Governing Law &amp; Dispute Resolution&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048629916-ffc96fd0-3701&#8243;][vc_column_text]These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.<\/p>\n<p>Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in <strong>Ahmedabad, Gujarat<\/strong>, unless required otherwise by law.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Updates to Terms&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1764048657267-d454de6c-a246&#8243;][vc_column_text]Hytix may update these Terms at any time.
