Terms & Conditions

Hytix is only a ticketing, booking, and payment facilitation platform.
We do not own, operate, manage, host, or control any Event listed on the Platform.

All Events, experiences, services, schedules, pricing, operations, and quality of service are solely managed by the respective Organizer. Hytix’s responsibility is limited to:

• Displaying Event information as provided by the Organizer
• Processing bookings and payments on their behalf
• Issuing tickets after payment is confirmed

Hytix is not responsible for:

• The execution, quality, safety, suitability, or availability of any Event
• Event content, delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
• Entry denial, seating arrangements, or customer experience
• Injury, loss, damage, dissatisfaction, or grievances arising from the Event

By making a booking, you acknowledge that your contract for the Event is directly with the Organizer, and Hytix is not a party to that contract.

Before booking, you must ensure that:

• All information shared during purchase (email, phone, attendee names, etc.) is accurate
• You review the Event details, terms, age restrictions, health & safety requirements, and venue rules
• You arrive on time and follow Organizer/venue guidelines
• You comply with local laws and instructions given by Event staff

Hytix is not liable for any issue caused due to incorrect information provided by the User.

• A ticket is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.
• You may receive the ticket via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your Hytix account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you receive and retain the ticket safely.
• Hytix is not responsible for tickets lost due to spam filters, incorrect numbers/emails, or network issues.

• Ticket prices, availability, seating categories, discounts, and rules are set entirely by the Organizer.
• Hytix may charge a platform service fee, payment processing fees, or convenience fees.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes as applicable under Indian law.
• Hytix reserves the right to revise fees, but Users will see the final amount before payment.

Refund and cancellation terms are governed primarily by the Organizer’s policy.

a. Cancellations by Organizer

If an Event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled:

• Hytix will only notify Users using the contact details provided if the Organizer initiate the conversation.
• Refunds or alternate dates will be handled as per the Organizer’s instructions
• Hytix’s role is limited to facilitating the refund once authorized by the Organizer

b. Cancellations by User

Unless explicitly stated by the Organizer, most bookings are non-refundable.
Hytix cannot override an Organizer’s cancellation policy.

c.Force Majeure

Delays or cancellations due to weather, political situations, technical issues, or government restrictions are at the discretion of the Organizer.

Organizers may modify Event:

• Date & Time
• Venue
• Lineup / performers
• Capacity
• Seating
• Activities

Entry may be refused if:

• You are late
• Your ticket is duplicated, invalid, or tampered
• You violate venue rules, dress codes, age limits, or safety guidelines
• You fail to present required ID (for events that mandate it)

Hytix is not liable for such denial of entry.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Hytix is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by banks or gateways.
• If fraudulent transactions or chargebacks are detected, Hytix may cancel the booking and block the User.
• Users agree not to use stolen or unauthorized payment cards.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• Hytix’s liability is limited only to the amount paid for a ticket, and only if the issue is directly attributable to Hytix systems.
• Hytix is not liable for any:
  • Personal injury, theft, or property loss at the venue
  • Event disputes, dissatisfaction, or service issues
  • Technical errors caused by internet/telecom/network failures
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

You agree that your participation in any Event is at your own risk.

All content on Hytix — including text, design, software, trademarks, graphics, and logos — belongs to Hytix.
Users may not copy, distribute, reuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Hytix Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.

Hytix may share necessary customer details with the Organizer to fulfill your booking.

Users agree not to:

• Resell or counterfeit tickets
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Post defamatory or misleading information
• Misuse discounts or promo codes
• Conduct fraudulent chargebacks

Hytix may suspend accounts violating these terms.

The Platform may link to third-party websites, payment gateways, or digital tools.
Hytix is not responsible for the availability or content of those external services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless required otherwise by law.

Hytix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account, or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
