Full Ticket Price with Fees/Taxes
A new setting , “Show Total Ticket Price”, has been added under Event Settings > Visibility Settings.
This option is designed for countries where it is mandatory to display the full ticket price (including all applicable fees and taxes) on the ticketing page.
When enabled:
- The ticketing page will show the total ticket price (base price + fees + taxes) next to each ticket title.
- If taxes are applied to products, their prices will also display the inclusive amount.
New Field Type: “File” in Form Customization
A new File field type is now available in Form Customization across:
- Buyer Information
- Attendee Details
- Questionnaire
This replaces the old Photo ID-only upload and supports general file uploads. To mark any File field as a Photo ID, simply enable the Photo ID radio button after saving the field.
Link Products to Individual Tickets
You can now link specific products directly to tickets, just like add-ons! This lets you offer relevant items, like T-shirts, parking, or snacks, alongside the right ticket in your event.
- Buyers can select product quantity independently from ticket quantity
- Set custom pricing per ticket for linked products
Where to find it:
Add products under the “Products” module and then select your event → Tickets & Add-ons → Additional Settings under each ticket.
Reserve Seating Chart
Now you can design custom seating charts for your events, assign ticket types to specific sections, and let attendees choose their exact seats while booking. From VIP rows to balcony zones, create, customize, and sell like never before. Enable it during your next event setup and boost your attendee experience! Manage all your event payment gateways in one place! With our updated Payment Processing module, you can now set a default gateway, customize event-specific options, and even flag high-value orders — all from your Account Settings. - Mobile Number Login: Customers can now log in using their mobile number or email address and receive a one-time code for fast access to their tickets.
- Streamlined Checkout: After logging in, all billing and personal details are auto-filled, speeding up the checkout process and reducing repetitive data entry.
- Guest Checkout Option: Customers who prefer not to log in can still purchase tickets as guests, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

Smartwaiver is now integrated!
The integration of Hytix with Smartwaiver allows you to create custom waivers in your Smartwaiver account and link them directly to your events. You can specify who must sign the waiver—either just the ticket buyers or all attendees—and select which ticket types require a signature.
This feature is essential for events where waivers are mandatory, enhancing compliance and safety.
To get started, navigate to Settings (top right) > Integration > Smartwaiver.
Merchandise Product Management
We’ve added a highly requested Merchandise Feature to Hytix ! Now you can sell merchandise alongside your event tickets, enhancing the attendee experience both online and in-person.

Simplify Entry with the New Admit-All Feature
Enhance the attendee experiences with the new Admit-All feature, allowing you to admit all attendees in a single order using just one QR code scan. This minimizes wait times and increases efficiency.
How to Enable Admit-All:
- Navigate to “Event Settings” in the Hytix Admin portal.
- Enable the “Admit-All” option under “Scanning Settings.”
- Access the “Admit-All” feature in the Organizer App at the top right of the scan confirmation pop-up screen during check-in.
Enhanced Media Option for Hero Banner in Your Event Templates!
Now, you can seamlessly integrate videos directly under the top hero banner of your event templates, bringing a new level of engagement and excitement.
Benefits of Video Integration:
1) Visual Storytelling: Engage your audience with dynamic visuals that vividly convey your event’s theme and atmosphere.

How to Use:
To utilize this feature, navigate to the Template Design module, edit the Hero banner, and enable the Video Banner option to seamlessly embed any YouTube or Vimeo URL.
Streamline Complex Ticketing Rules with Ease!
Introducing enhanced Ticketing Rules. Now, you can set your complex ticketing rules easily that will align perfectly with your preferences to ensure every ticket purchased meets your desired criteria.
Key Features:
1) Must Buy: Ensure specific tickets are required to complete an order.
2) Conditional Buy (Dependent Ticket): Implement rules where certain tickets must be purchased together. For instance, to buy an Axe Throwing ticket, customers also need a General Admission or VIP Admission ticket for any available schedule.
3) Can’t Buy: Restrict the purchase of certain tickets in combination with others.
Navigate to “Manage Tickets > Ticketing Rules” to set ticket purchase rules for your event.
Simplified Ticket Purchases for Your Customers
We’ve introduced new ways for your customers to buy event tickets effortlessly. Now, they can log in using their email to receive a one-time code for quick access to ticket purchases. No need to repeatedly enter billing or personal details—everything is pre-filled upon login. For those who prefer not to log in, they can continue as guests.
Capture Ticket Buyer Details in Organizer App
Easily collect customer information when ticket purchases at the box office using the Organizer App. After the sale, you can add essential details such as name, email, and phone number on the thank you page. This data will be stored in your admin portal, accessible in the Order Details and Customer Management modules for marketing insights.
Auto-Mark Suspicious Orders
We’ve enhanced security with a feature that reduces chargebacks. In the Payment Gateway module, set a price limit—if an order exceeds this amount, it’s flagged as suspicious. When scanning the order QR code, a warning message prompts you to review and approve the order.
Additional Fee for Upgrade Order
Start earning additional revenue now! We’ve introduced a new feature in the Upgrade Order section that allows you to charge attendees a fee for upgrading their tickets or rescheduling their ticket times.
To enable this feature, simply navigate to Manage Events > Upgrade Order and activate the ‘Enable Fee for Upgrade Order’ option located at the bottom of the page.
Bulk Refund and Cancellation
We’ve introduced a new Bulk Refund and Cancellation feature, exclusively available for Hytix Payments users. Now you can cancel multiple orders and refund tickets in bulk for selected dates, schedules, and tickets. It’s quick, easy, and designed to streamline your event management process.
To access this feature, head to Manage Tickets > Reschedule and Cancel > Refund and Cancellation.
Rule-Based Dynamic Pricing
We’ve significantly enhanced our Rule-Based Dynamic Pricing module with new functionalities to provide more flexibility and control over your ticket pricing strategies.
Purchase Date Rules: Adjust prices for tickets bought on, before, after, or between specific dates.
Day of the Week Rules: Modify prices based on the purchase day.
Price Adjustments: Increase or decrease prices by a percentage or a fixed amount.
Date-Based Rules: Set rules for purchases within a certain timeframe before the event.
Quantity-Based Rules: Change prices when a certain number of tickets are sold.

Login with One Time Code on Booking App
Enjoy swift, hassle-free access to all events in the Hytix Booking App. Attendees can simply use their email address and a one-time password (OTP) to log in. No need to remember passwords-just log in with OTP and book tickets effortlessly via the mobile app.

Introducing the Ticket-wise Discount Coupon Report
This insightful feature provides enhanced clarity on the usage of discount coupons in relation to tickets. Easily track the number of times a coupon code has been used in association with specific tickets, offering you valuable insights into your discount campaigns and ticket sales.
Attendee Report in the Organizer App
You can now access the Attendee Report to know the number of attendees expected at your event in advance. Simply select the desired time slot, and you will receive attendee numbers before the event begins. This allows you to plan and arrange the necessary manpower accordingly.
Manage the Payment Expiration in Manual Order at Ease!
Our Manual Order feature has been upgraded to provide you with more control and convenience. Now, when creating manual orders for your customers, the payment link you send them will remain valid for the duration you specify. This will reserve the selected ticket quantity for the set time duration of the payment link. Enjoy greater control and simplicity in your ticketing process.
Customize the Valid Scan Confirmation Pop-up Duration.
Now you have the flexibility to customize the duration of the valid scan confirmation pop-up directly from your Hytix admin portal. With this update, you can control when and for how long the pop-up appears after each successful ticket scan in the Organizer App. Additionally, you have the option to disable the valid scan pop-up altogether if preferred.

Introducing our new Transaction Report feature! Gain valuable insights by comparing the transactions shown in your payment gateway with those in your Hytix event setup. Filter, export, and view reports easily for individual events or all events at the account level. Experience transparency, clarity, and efficiency in your event management.
To access the Transaction Report:
For a specific event, select your event and navigate to Reports > Transactions from the left menu.
For all events at the account level (the top right menu), navigate to Settings > Reports (All Events) > Transactions.
