Upgrades or exchanges are not managed by Hytix. Only the event organizer can approve or process these requests. Please contact them using the details provided in your ticket lookup.

All sales are final unless the event organizer allows transfers or reschedules. You’ll need to check with the organizer directly to see if they offer any options.

Hytix provides the ticketing platform, but all event-specific policies (refunds, reschedules, cancellations, upgrades) are handled by the event organizer. Use the above Need Help With Your Tickets search field to find the organizer’s email and phone number.

Refunds are handled directly by the event organizer. Each event has its own refund policy, and Hytix cannot issue refunds on their behalf. Please contact the organizer of your event for details.

Go to the above Need Help With Your Tickets search field on Hytix. Enter your Order ID or the email address used during purchase. You’ll see your event name, venue address, and the organizer’s contact details.
