Concerts & music

You set the stage.
We’ll handle the tickets.

From a club night to a weekend festival, keep ticket releases, upgrades and arrivals in one place. Sell on your own page under your own name, keep the buyer relationship, and pay a flat fee per ticket instead of a percentage that grows with your ticket price.

Your own page under your own name - and the buyer list is still yours after the show.

Who it’s for

Built for how this actually runs.

The same platform every Hytix organizer uses, set up around the way your event works rather than bent to fit a generic form.

  • Independent venues and club nights
  • Promoters and touring shows
  • Music festivals and multi-day events
  • Community and outdoor concerts
The hard parts

What usually goes wrong, and what we do about it.

A percentage fee punishes a good ticket price.

A flat fee per ticket doesn’t move when your ticket does, so the gap widens the better you price. On a premium ticket the difference against a percentage-based platform is dollars a head, not cents.

Your event page selling someone else’s show.

Your page carries your identity and nothing else. No marketplace listings, no competing events in the footer, no upsell to another promoter’s night.

Tiered releases that have to be watched by hand.

Early bird, general and final release can run on dates, on quantity sold, or on both. Presales with card on file and password-protected links handle the rest.

FAQ

Questions about concerts and music

How does the cost compare on a higher-priced ticket?

A flat fee doesn’t scale with your price. On a $40 ticket Hytix is $1.70 all-in against Eventbrite’s published 3.7% + $1.79 plus 2.9%, which works out at $4.44. The gap grows as the ticket price rises.

Will other events be advertised on my page?

No. Your event page carries your branding only. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell placement on your page to anyone else.

Can we run early bird and tiered pricing?

Yes, triggered by date, by quantity sold, or both, switching over automatically rather than needing someone to watch it.

Do we keep our buyer list?

Yes. Buyer records and purchase history sit in your account and you can export them at any time.
