Can we sell at the gate as well as online?
Yes, and the box office app comes with the platform. Online and gate sales draw on the same inventory and the same capacity count, so the window can always see exactly what’s left in a slot.
What happens when we rain out a day?
Cancel or reschedule the date and every buyer holding a ticket is notified automatically. You choose whether they move to a new slot, get a credit, or pick a date themselves.
Can different attractions share one capacity?
Yes - that’s what shared capacity pools are for. Admission, the maze and the hayride can all draw against a single count of how many people are on the farm.
Do we pay anything for free events like a school visit?
No. Free tickets carry no fee at all, with no cap on how many you issue.
